Occupied Home Staging
An occupied home is one that is furnished and decorated at the time of listing (whether the homeowners currently reside in the home or not).
With occupied home staging, I work with the existing furniture and décor, and I guide the homeowner on decluttering and depersonalizing their home. I supplement with my own inventory of décor and artwork, rearrange furniture to highlight the home’s assets, and I may add or swap in a limited number of furnishings when necessary.

Vacant Home Staging
An vacant home is one that is empty (or mostly empty) at the time of listing.
With vacant home staging, I bring in my own inventory of furniture, décor and artwork.

Real Estate Photography
Shooting, editing and delivery of 20 to 50 (or more) photos (depending on the chosen package) to be used in the home's listing.
Use of professional equipment for shooting and editing.
